Nana's World

Nana's world, mundane as it is most of the time... comes alive when my PEEPS come to visit.
Trying to record life as it is for the little ones to know us better in years to come.

Timeisflyingby

Time is moving too fast.  Like waves on Lake Michigan on a real windy day.  They just keep rolling, and rolling, and splashing up on the beach.  No control.
We just had Caitlyn's birthday party, then Halloween (where the old folks sat home with nothing to do).
Then last Sunday was Cara's baby shower (she has such a cute baby belly!).
Now, it is crunch time to get ready for next weekend... for the Potter's Guild Fall Show.  It is always when I am really rushing to be ready that I have so many failures.  Glaze running off the pots, glaze flying off the pots, glaze too thin, glaze too thick!.  Why is that?????  When you need pots, they have to act up!
Made a flying run to Glen Arbor and Pentwater to pick up pots.  I didn't think the galleries had sold many this summer, yet there were not many left to pick up.  Tried to win lots of money at the casino so I wouldn't ever have to bother making any more pots, but no, that didn't work either.

Will have more time to blog when the show is over.  Trying to get photos of my beautiful grandchildren to load, but computer not cooperating tonight.  Maybe later...
